Since starting her real estate career in 2020, Madison has helped facilitate over $500 million in sales volume and honed her strategy expertise on teams serving the pinnacle segment of the Miami market. As the Executive Operations Manager for The Alexander Team at OFFICIAL, she conceptualizes, directs, and oversees the operational strategy for The Alexander Team in Florida, ensuring that day-to-day functions are executed seamlessly. OFFICIAL’s exceptional agents are synonymous with the ultra-luxury market and Madison brings her operational prowess to the Alexander Team’s portfolio, guaranteeing that property listings are introduced to the market at the highest caliber. 

Madison comes to OFFICIAL from Compass, where she directed all operations for the number two team in Miami and the fourth statewide. Madison played an integral role in designing and implementing efficient and growth-oriented business processes, streamlining and optimizing processes to ramp up productivity and promote team culture. In addition to her operations experience, Madison is a licensed real estate salesperson and a member of the Miami Association of Realtors.    

Born and raised in New York, Madison has been based in Florida since completing her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Master of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of Florida. When she’s not working, Madison enjoys doing reformer pilates, reading, and cooking.
