Lauren Fitzpatrick is a veteran of the real estate industry across multiple superprime markets. She is also one of the earliest and most experienced members of the Alexander Team, having participated in over $275M of real estate transactions in New York, Miami, and The Hamptons in her 10-year career.

 

Lauren’s real estate career includes five years at Goldman Properties, where she focused on new development and the sales and marketing of property portfolios in Wynwood, Miami, and SoHo, New York. While at Goldman, she collaborated with the CEO to launch and market Goldman Global Arts, a subsidiary that brought together developers and brands in cities around the world to create large public art programs and build brand identities. Lauren also owned a real estate consultancy that partnered with industry titans such as Aman, Oak Row Equities, and Arca Group.

 

According to clients, Lauren’s continued success has as much to do with her market knowledge as it does with her authentic and transparent approach to relationship management. She focuses as much attention on helping a client search for an off-market trophy asset as on helping her client’s son or daughter find their first rental. She aims to build a lasting relationship with each person she serves.

 

Lauren and her husband live in Tribeca with their 1-year-old daughter. This new chapter in Lauren’s life has galvanized her love of helping people find new homes for their growing families, but her clientele encompasses every kind of buyer and seller, including developers and investors with sizable real estate portfolios. Lauren has a degree in international business and communications from Marist College, and she holds licenses in both New York and Miami. In addition to real estate, she is passionate about architecture and interior design.
