Working directly with co-founders Tal and Oren Alexander, Andrew manages the day-to-day operations of the entire team, including being a resource for the team’s agents, overseeing social media and marketing, and ensuring all clients and projects are being handled with the highest caliber service.
While at CBRE and Colliers, Andrew focused on the commercial leasing and advising sector. He worked with institutional tenants to obtain flagship headquarters for some of their most high-profile and important clients. While there, he assisted in the leasing of over two million square feet of prime office and retail space for luxury clients such as Versace, Lacoste, Giorgio Armani, Blue Bottle Coffee, and Trunk Club, just to name a few.
Now at the Alexander Team, Andrew has shifted his focus to the NYC luxury residential real estate market. Assisting his clients with making the most important decisions, specifically buying or selling a home, he helps his clients understand the market and maximize the value of their properties by providing key data points and marketing strategies unique to the Alexander Team. He has a broad knowledge of the many different neighborhoods in the city and loves discussing the newest residential developments currently under construction.
